Description

Tried something a bit different with this card, other than the fact that it's one of cards clearly trying to be amusing in some way. Rather than just giving the attached creature a fixed number of ATK increase, it both gives the player a number depending on what the enemy target is, and makes the enemy creature unable to attack as well(unless the enemy has some kind of ATK-boosting effect already attached to them)!
